We Are Fishes, is a public art work commissioned by the ACT Government located adjacent to Lake Tuggeranong in Canberra.

Designed by Andrew Townsend in 1997, these wind vanes depict fish swimming through the air. They are an external element of the nautical design of the Arts Centre building, where the wind vanes are located.

Like the Francis Greenway Memorial, the sculpture forms part of my daily picture during my walking commute to and from the office each day.
