This heavily edited monochrome shot, taken during my daily walking commute, was developed by pushing the iPhone’s new photo editing features in iOS 8 to its absolute limitations.

Taken while walking in the rain, umbrella in one hand and iPhone in the other, I was attempting to capture the contrasts across the water and the strong shadows caused by the overcast day.
